Our Adult Group classes are high energy, highly motivating, and specifically programmed to your needs! The sessions combine interval cardio training and a full body strength workout. Workouts will incorporate exercises in multiple planes of motion, using all kinds of equipment such as the TRX, kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, and medicine balls. You will use weights that are challenging; everyone goes at their own pace, and each week you’ll push yourself to lift a little more than you did the week before. These types of workouts burn calories and build lean muscle to boost your metabolism and are the most effective for fat loss.
