Our Adult Group classes are high energy, highly motivating, and specifically programmed to your needs! The sessions combine interval cardio training and a full body strength workout.  Workouts will incorporate exercises in multiple planes of motion, using all kinds of equipment such as the TRX, kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, and medicine balls.  You will use weights that are challenging; everyone goes at their own pace, and each week you’ll push yourself to lift a little more than you did the week before. These types of workouts burn calories and build lean muscle to boost your metabolism and are the most effective for fat loss.

WOMEN'S BOOT CAMP

Exclusively designed for women, our program focuses on specific training techniques, proven to slim down the hips, thighs, and belly, while building full-body strength. Whether your goal is to intensify your training to fit an already athletic lifestyle, or to get yourself off the couch and back into an inspiring routine of daily exercise, this program will give you results you can see and feel!

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

You get the same great training as in a one-on-one session, but at a reduced cost. This approach fosters excellent results due to the added support and friendly competition among group members.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

Improve your long-term health and performance while building strength and revving up your metabolism. You'll get a training and nutrition program designed to help you build a body that moves as great as it looks
