Jon Pendano is a former professional athlete who played defensive back for the Seattle Seahawks, New York Jets, and the Houston Texans. Jon also played overseas for the Frankfurt Galaxy for two seasons. His professional athletic career was cut short due to a knee injury. Jon has since applied his own training techniques to rehabilitate his knee, and now focuses on helping instill in other athletes, and non-athletes, the proper training mechanics to prevent injuries and achieve optimal body functioning in sports or everyday life.

Jon's programs are based on the latest research in exercise science, sports psychology, sports nutrition, and strength & conditioning to develop and maximize each individual's potential. The combination of Jon's athletic background, education, and experience provide him with the tools needed to assess and implement the highest level of athletic performance enhancement training for any athlete, in any sport. He is currently working with athletes in football, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, fast-pitch softball, track and field, dance and cheer, and continues to take each of his athletes, and weekend warriors, to new performance heights.

Jon Pendano Trainer

After finishing a Master’s Degree in Education, specializing in Psychology, Gina moved to Seattle in pursuit of her professional career.  She has spent the last 15 years in the education field, ranging from training in national security and real estate, to academic counseling, and curriculum development. Throughout her professional journey, one thing has remained constant, and that is her love of educating and working with people.

Gina has always been a fitness enthusiast, but really started focusing on nutrition a few years ago when she realized training alone wasn’t transforming her body the way she wanted it to. #CIARABODYGOALS!  As a result of focusing on nutrition, she recognized what a powerful impact can be made when you properly combine fitness and nutrition. In pursuit of helping others realize their true potential, Gina decided to obtain her Precision Nutrition certification. Having completed the program, she is extremely excited to work with clients in an area that she feels so passionate about. And the best part is, getting to team up with her husband to offer clients a holistic approach to health and fitness.
