Sessions are offered Monday- Friday and Saturdays by special appointment.
$65 for single sessions

Semi Private Group Sessions: 60 minutes
For groups of 2 to 7
If you organize a group on your own (even a husband and wife group will qualify), your group can schedule sessions together. You must schedule your group session at least one week in advance.
$45 for single sessions (based on 2-3 people)
$35 for single sessions (4 to 7 people)
Boot Camps: 60 minutes
Women’s Boot Camps:
For groups of 8-15 people
This action-packed women’s fitness boot camp has been designed exclusively for women. We focus on specific training techniques proven to slim down the hips, thighs, and belly, while building full-body strength. Whether your goal is to intensify your training to fit an already athletic lifestyle or to get yourself off the couch and back into an inspiring routine of daily exercise, this camp will give you results you can both see and feel!
Co-Ed Boot Camps:
How long are you going to keep working out without getting the results you want? This camp uses circuit training, strength training, cardio, jump-rope, obstacle courses (and much more!) to help you achieve your fitness goals. All participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.
Boot camps are offered Monday-Friday, depending on scheduling. For drop-in classes, please call to check availability before arriving.
$25 single class, drop-in rate
$20 per session based on monthly prepay program
Before getting started, each client will be asked to come in for a complimentary Functional Movement Screen (FMS).
